*Notes: the workshop guide was written a little while ago, so if you want to get the optional Sleuth demo portion to work, the kallisto results can now be found here (it's a zip file, you have to download and unzip) and you'll also need the metadata here (a text file you can select to save as "hiseq_info.txt" into the unzipped folder you got just before this)
