Copy files from CGRL to your local computer by running scp, for example:
scp -Crp <CGRL_LOGIN>@poset.cgrl.berkeley.edu:/global/courses/chipseqworkshop/ChIP-seq-analysis.pdf .
My saved UCSC session, if you want to compare. It contains four ChIP experiments (DNase I x 2, ER, FoxA1) with MACS- and Grizzly-called peaks.
